I have decided that having had a successful clinic hygiene protocol in place all the way through this pandemic which has resulted in me not needing to close the clinic, it feels like the sensible decision is to keep this policy going.

For my part I will continue to ventilate the space, clean down all surfaces between patients, wear a medical mask throughout the session and lateral flow test.
I would kindly ask that you all continue to wear masks during your time in the clinic. It minimises the risk to us both and keeps the clinic a safe space for all, including the clinically vulnerable that I have been able to safely offer treatment to.

I would also kindly ask you to reschedule if you have cold/cough symptoms, a temperature or if anyone in your household is isolating and is yet to get their PCR results.

I will of course stay flexible on the 48 hour cancelation policy regarding this, but please note that if it is just from forgetting or making other plans, I cannot afford to waiver missed appointments fees and these will be charged in full.

I hope you understand my decision here as a small business and more importantly as a clinic space supporting your health
